Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Canary Insurance Group Inc (“Canary,” “we,” or “us”) at canaryinsurancegroup.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is informational. Nothing on the Site constitutes insurance advice, an offer of coverage, a binding quote, or a solicitation outside jurisdictions where Canary is licensed. Insurance products and services are subject to the full terms, conditions, and exclusions of the applicable insurance policy. Coverage availability, terms, premiums, taxes and fees may vary by state and carrier. Canary Insurance Group Inc cannot guarantee coverage options nor predict claim outcomes.

3. No Advisor Relationship

Use of the Site, including submission of the contact form, does not create an insurance broker, advisor, or consultant relationship between you and Canary. Such a relationship is established only by a separate written engagement.

4. Licensing

Canary Insurance Group Inc is licensed to transact insurance business at both the individual-producer and entity levels in the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Texas. The licensed footprint may change over time; the footer of every page reflects the current list.

Consulting services described on the Site include, but are not limited to, coverage reviews and loss control discussions. These services are advisory; they do not include soliciting, negotiating, or placing insurance, which Canary performs only under its applicable state insurance licenses. Where required by state law, consulting fees are disclosed in writing in advance of the engagement, and any commission or fee arrangement is governed by the rules of the state in which the client is located. Information provided by or through Canary does not constitute legal or financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canary, its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
