Reporting a claim.

First, check your policy. Your carrier's claim-reporting instructions and the 24/7 hotline are in the policy documents. Reporting to the carrier as soon as you can is the most important step in any claim.
If you can't locate your policy, need a copy, or want to talk it through with someone, call Cari. She'll help you find the right reporting path and provide guidance on next steps.
